Hilltop Engineers Ltd was founded in 2019 by Managing Director and Principal Structural Engineer, Lisa Borea.

Lisa graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2015 and has built over a decade of consultancy‑based structural engineering experience. She is confident in her ability, enthusiastic about engineering, and committed to delivering excellent customer service to every client.

Her experience spans both the public and private sectors, with particular focus on structural surveys, new‑builds, extensions, refurbishment works and defect diagnosis within domestic properties, care homes and schools across the UK.

Hilltop Engineers Ltd is a family‑owned business. In 2022, we welcomed John Borea to the board of directors, overseeing Finance and IT.

Hilltop Engineers Ltd is a structural engineering consultancy specialising in residential and commercial projects. Our expertise covers new‑builds, extensions, refurbishment and remedial works across private dwellings, care homes, schools and institutional buildings throughout the UK.
